Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sanket Tembhurkar (sole proprietor), trading as Kundloo, 386/301, Swatantrya Residency, New Narsala Road, Near Process Sabhagruha, Maha Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440034, who runs Kundloo (kundloo.in). By using the site you accept them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian who makes any payment.

2. What Kundloo is

Kundloo analyses a WhatsApp chat export that you choose to open, inside your own browser, and shows statistics and light-hearted commentary. Words such as "kundli", "gunas", "yogas", "predictions" and Panditji's comments are playful labels worked out from message timing and text patterns. It is entertainment only. It is not astrology, a prediction of the future, or relationship, psychological, legal or any other professional advice. Automated results can be wrong.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Prices and payment

The free part costs nothing. The full report costs ₹49 per chat, or ₹99 for a pack of 3 chats, in Indian rupees, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is one-time through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. See Pricing.

A purchase unlocks the chat on the browser and device you pay from. Pack chats are used one per chat you open and stay available on that browser. If you clear your browser data or change phones, use "Already paid?" with your Razorpay payment ID to restore.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

The report is a digital product shown on screen immediately after payment. See the Delivery Policy and the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

6. Ownership

The site, its design, text, Panditji character and code belong to Sanket Tembhurkar (sole proprietor), trading as Kundloo. Your chat is yours. You may share story cards and results for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Not affiliated

Kundloo is independent. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe which exports the site can read.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is, for fun. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the chat concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Complaints, law and courts

Raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Contact). These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach consumer forums.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Purchases already made stay covered by the terms in force at the time.
